Hi and welcome to Over the Moon. This month I’m joining in on a month-long blogging project created by The Nester, you can find the rest of the participants at 31 Days. This is day seven of 31 days of Craft Storage Ideas. Storage is at a premium in our little cottage and unfortunately I don’t have a craft space of my own. One day, I’ll turn one of the bedrooms into my studio.
- You don’t really need to translate x4Duros as its pretty self-explanatory. Essentially an IKEA hack of their spice rack, a spring-loaded curtain rod and the cutting blade from a plastic wrap dispenser.
- The Creative Accountant uses a trouser hangar to store washi tape.
- Kendra of Simply {Darr}ling re-purposes a mug rack into desktop washi tape storage.
- Don’t forget that you can use a simple cutlery draper insert to keep your washi tape neat and tidy. via How to Nest for Less
- Melinda of The Scrap Farm uses a coffee pod dispenser for her washi tape. Coffee lovers be warned!!
- Don’t forget about the We R Memory Keepers carousel at Scrapbook.com
- Store your washi tape in a beautiful jar just like Melanie of the Scraptastic Club. Melanie has a great craft room with plenty of storage too!
- Jamie of Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom turned her washi tape storage into a piece of art by adding hooks and dowels to a picture frame.

- Chris from Just a Girl wound her ribbons onto a card and put them in a pretty basket
- Sandra keeps small lengths of ribbon on wooden pegs. Wouldn’t these look gorgeous in a really big jar?
- Keep matching colours of ribbon in glass canisters. via Better Homes and Gardens
- Keep narrow ribbon in tic tac boxes. via Pinterest
- Re-purpose a spindle CD holder. Source unknown
- Wire baskets from IKEA turned out to be the perfect solutions for Jillian of Entirely Smitten
