Crafted Colour Palette 5

October 17, 2015 By Karen Mitchell

Over the Moon | Crafted Colour - Practical Colour Theory for Craft

Welcome to Crafted Colour – Practical Colour Theory for Craft, which is aimed at helping you develop your Colour Confidence and Craft with Colour.

This has to be one of my favourite photos so far. I love the colours of the flowers (lilacs??) and the foliage. The weathered table top is the perfect contrast, both in colour and texture, to the flowers.

This is a colour palette that is really me, if you know what I’m saying. I want to use this colour palette for a crochet blanket, maybe a flower hexagon pattern like this one, or a Granny Ripple blanket.
